  1. thats kool but im not sure how to break fear but its probly not ghost it probly things ur hearing thats not really happening ur just thinking there is or somthing

  2. I have been there before. I wake up every now and then just by habit. Ghosts or Spirits feed off of that negative emotion and can use it. As long as you know they can't hurt you, nothing WILL. You just have to tell yourself that you are stronger than them (which you are). But since they are harmless spirits you have nothing to really overcome. Just welcome them and you will soon get use to the sounds at night.

  3. if the fact that ghosts exist will ever be proved, it will be a very sad day. life after death still continues on earth...for some of us.

  4. Sorry to hear of your predicament... I've watched "ghost hunter" type shows and apparently its good to try to just ignore them, acting like they aren't even there. I could see how that would be hard since well, they are ghosts, but supposidly ghosts like the attention. If that doesn't help... just go ahead and literally tell the ghosts in a stern voice to stop and leave you, and your things alone. I can understand that sleeping would be a hard thing to do. You said that the ghosts aren't harmful but bothersome. Perhaps before you go to sleep, remind yourself that they aren't going to harm you. Also I am sure there is a psychic-counsilor like Chip Coffee out there that can advise you better as to how to handle this situation.

I am sorry if I couldn't give the best of advice... even though I don't have ghosts in my house I still get that creeped out feeling that I am being watched. I have experienced a ghost once before in my life, although I was quite young, other people can credit my experiences because they did too. Unfortunately I wasn't old enough to comprehend the idea of ghosts completely, except that I knew she didn't belong there.

Good luck. I hope things work out for you, and you can get a good nights sleep soon!

  5. Ask them where the secret money spot is located.

No, I'm serious. I see them too, and finally I got tired of them. I mean, how pointless is it for them to just stand there and watch us sleep? What are they doing in my bedroom watching me sleep? Why can't they be useful and heal my heartburn while I'm sleeping? How stupid is it just to make noise to tell me they're around?

So one night when my husband wasn't home I yelled at whoever could hear me that they needed to be useful or just get out. So what if I could see them when I woke up? How stupid is it to just scare people/ Be useful and tell me the winning lottery numbers! Be useful and clear up my nasal allergies! Be useful and tell me where the money is located so I can pay my debts!

I'm no longer afraid of them now. I still see them, but they don't scare me.

And only 2 paid up, but one showed me my husband's coins in his gumball machine, which my husband already knew, so it wasn't really the secret money spot.

The other one led me to 77 cents in the kitchen sliding window track of my rental, so yeah, he did show me the money, but come on - 77 cents?

So ask them where the money is. Funny how people always disappear when you bring up the subject of paying money...

  6. Ghosts do exist. All you people who think they don't exist, you have not seen what I've seen or even experienced what I've experienced.

Here's something you can do to try to overcome your fear of ghosts.

    Hope this helps :)

  7. It's so easy: Just realize that there are no ghosts and that people like 'ghost hunters' make a fortune preying on peoples' fears just like they're doing to you right now.

There are no ghosts. They don't do random things. Air currents do things. Houses settling do things.

Ghosts are real in the same way that Zeus and Hades and Aphrodite were real to the Greeks. Use your modern, educated mind to overcome it.

  8. There is no such thing as ghosts. There is only overactive imaginations.

  9. rub peanut butter and ear wax on the front door way that should keep them away.

ps. please don't really do this because that would just be sad....

  10. Ghosts are real.

Im not real, im not even writing this now.

    Earth is not real.

    Bigfoot is real.

    Alien Zombie Robots are real.

    Life is not real.

  11. The fear you have is created by your own mind. Just because somebody claims there are ghosts, doesn't mean there is. I've known and lived with people who experience things paranormal but I learned to realise they were mentally ill or attention seekers. I experience things but what someone can say is paranormal, I can find a perfectly rational explanation.

  12. Talk to them like you are talking to a little brother or something. Say things like 'Oh go away, you're really getting on my nerves now' or 'Boring!' 'Can you go and disturb someone else please'.

If they see that they arent bothering you they will get bored and leave.

  13. The rule of thumb here is that it is not the dead ones you have to worry about it is the live ones : ) I do believe in ghosts and have lived in houses with presences.  I think that you need to examine exactly what you are afraid of and then rationally work those fears out.  When we really start to examine our fears in the aspect of what exactly they are it is easier to find ways to manage them - the first thing is to pin point what it is that you are afraid of.  One thing that I would recommend is going to a doctor about the sleep issues at the very least they can get you a sleep aid and they may be able to find that you have another issue that is contributing to the lack of sleep.  It is also harder to combat fears when you are exhausted so you may want to start dealing with this by taking a weekend and going to a hotel and sleeping all you need to so that you can come back refreshed and ready to tackle the fears.  I have overcome fears best by facing them, this is harder for you because your fears are ghosts which means that you must face them mentally and reach terms where you are comfortable in the situation.  It may sound crazy but you might try talkign to them, tell them that you need your sleep and that they need to leave you alone at night.  Find your fear and then face it.  Good luck and remember they are harmless, do some research so you understand spirits better!
