Go to mexico and live with him there.  Make changes in Mexico.

If all of the administrative requirements have been met, then you are simply going to have to wait until the processing is completed; processing time is based on when the petition was received.

You may check with the USCIS Service Center that is handling your husband's case, but you can be certain that there is a long line ahead of you (as well as behind you).
