How can I build a Bear trap?

Anyone know who to build a live cage trap for black bear? And what kinda bait should I use? Have you built and used one?

You don't want to go messing with a live bear unless you want to bring yourself down several pegs on the food chain.  Only those with specialized training should do that, and they know how to make the necessary traps.
