How can I build more upper body muscle? ?

I am 16 and 210 pounds and i am over weigh. I can barely do 11 push ups, but i can do 50 sit ups with your legs straight and off the ground and run 11 laps. I want to do more than just 11 push ups how can I do more push ups. all i have is 10 pound dumbels. i also work out every day for 2 hours including cardio.

  2. When I heard your question I felt for you. That is so great you are working out at your age. You should be proud of yourself. I have a son that is overweight too!  He is only 9 years old but I have been on a product that is so amazing and I have been able to release 65 lbs. in such a short time.  My son has this product every morning and so does my daughter and little son.  With this product it works with your body you build muscle mass and loss weight at the same time.  Did you know that muscle weighs more then fat?   3. umm since u only have 10llb dumbells, best way is to go to sports authority to buy a bit heavier ones n do reps with those-there are like over 30 different exercises u can do with dumbells/pushups/dips n like that to build upper body muscle...doing 2hrs cardio n other stuff is great! keep that up, but in case u dont have 10lb dumbells u can try what i did for tkd training-uh its kinda old fashioned but whatever u get 2 buckets or something least that has a handle n fill it up with sand/rocks/dirt n do reps with those-almost same as dumbells but exercsies r bit different than w/ dumbells
