I am 16 and 210 pounds and i am over weigh. I can barely do 11 push ups, but i can do 50 sit ups with your legs straight and off the ground and run 11 laps. I want to do more than just 11 push ups how can I do more push ups. all i have is 10 pound dumbels. i also work out every day for 2 hours including cardio.
