Hello everyone. Ive been having trouble achieving something because I must be doing it wrong
Im 5 ' 7''' at 150 pounds. ive been going to the gym because I wanted to lose a few pounds, but have a strong athletic body. Im going to join a backyard wrestling shinding some friends are putting together, and i want to stand a chance :)
How can I get a six pack once Ive run off a few more pounds. I dont mind exercising, its just been a while without any results.
Sit ups? any tips if my abs hurt? when should I stop? how often and how many?
and then i wanted to build some muscle on my arms as well, not butch- but i do want some thats toned and noticeable. Ive been using the arm machines and doing pullups, but i might be doing too many, because my arms will hurt
but then perhaps too few, because my arms arent looking any different, i know its harder for women to build some muiscle, any suggestions?
