How can I buils big muscle in my legs for volleyball season?

Ok it is winter now and im losing shape i really need to build my leg muscle back up and my arms for spiking!

  1. sqauts and lunges


  2. Try lifting weights, getting a personal trainer, and jogging very day.

  3. jump jump jump (jump rope, tuck jumps,line jumps,etc.)

    run (treadmill or outside)

    try to get in the weight room and do all the ones for legs in there.

    lunges.

    squats.

    side to side shuffles ,staying as low as you can.(do this long enough and I'll guarantee you it will burnnnnnnnnn.:])

    oh, and you dont really want big muscles in your legs for vball, you want leaner toned muscles.so do any lifting on fairly low weight for alot of reps.

  4. run hills, jump rope, i would say lift weights but being a girl i dunno if youre into all that

  5. get a personal trainer. if u have a lifestyle rx close to u, go there and go to sports performance. i went there last year and i could jump really high and i had arms of steel. it usually takes 3 months (3 sessions a week) to get a good result.
