It'll help keep you in check and keep you motivated to get those numbers up! :) Make a game out of it - see how fast you can get all the chores done and if you haven't reached your goal by the end of the day, go for a short walk or something. Just stay active.

    I know by drinking 8 glasses of water per day is how you flush calories out of your body. To get calories in, we have to consume them, so to release them we do it through, sweating, urinating and bowel movements.  That is why I like tea, I drink green tea, with honey, I walk in my house, or at my work, just walking normal and swining your arms burns much more calories.
