How can I buy a ticket to Carnaval in Rio?

For this year they're sold out. I was reading on a Brazilian paper that they opened the phone lines to sell them and they were all gone within 20 minutes.

I am sure you can still find some legitimate sources to buy them from but unfortunately I don't know of any right now. As I find out, I'll reply to this question again.

You have to go quickly because they already starts to sell those tickets, on USA you have to try to find out some brazilian travel agencie on NYC because maybe some have book some tickects to sell a pacage for the acrnival...On rio try to find out with the Rio tourist office so maybe can help you on that, but, hurry up...it goes fast...
