it looks legit, but if you don't have a debit card, credit card, or a bank acct. you can't use paypal. So if you have no way of getting access (with permission) of a card, then just buy it from the store.

Remember never to use money orders when buying from someone you don't know. And one more thing, when using Paypal, and buying a high priced item or a person you aren't to sure of, pay with a credit card. Paypal doesn't give you 100% buyer protection lots of the time, but credit card companies can.

You can tie it to your savings account, but the easiest and safest is thru a credit card/
