how can I buy vintage action figures, such as m.a.s.k, g.i.joe, dino riders, exo squad, thundercats, silver hawks, starcom, etc??

Have you tried Action Figure Archive? They sell figures and accessories. It's kind of hit-or-miss, but they stock a lot of the ones you mentioned.

Other than that, eBay really is probably your best bet. Check it often so you don't miss out on anything good!
