  1. Put it into safe mode and type in

    usercontrolpassword2

  2. Try running it in safe mode, and then click the start button.

And on the start menu, choose run. in the text box, type:

"control userpasswords2" (without the quotation marks of course).

Another window should pop up, highlight your administrator user, and at the bottom there should be a button that says "reset password" click it, and type in your new password.

If this doesn't work, try this:

use a friends computer and try burning ophcrack (program) from iso to CD, after you do this, pop it in your CD drive at startup, then boot from the CD. Your computer may boot the cd on its own, or you may have to push F8 as soon as you turn on your computer and choose to boot with the cd drive.

when the ophcrack program is running at your startup, its gonna give you 3 options, choose the top one. Then just wait. Sooner or later its going to show you a table of administrators and users on your computer, and little by little it will obtain all the passwords. For me it took about 2 and a half minutes for it to find my password.

    Good Luck.

  3. its hard like the guy said but still try

  4. There is no cut and dry way that you can go about removing the password in Vista like you were able to in Windows XP.  For this you will unfortunately need to buy a password recovery program.
