Seed, tools and equipment, fuel used and any repair cost, fertilizer/ chemicals, etc. Then you have make an additional list to sort out how much labor/ days you used. For cost of labor you will have to figure out what would be the ideal wage and apply it to the total hours. Subtract that from your gross (earnings from your harvest) and you will have your net (profit). When you have finished you will see how important every single receipt is.
