  1. 1) clear site , grub up remove spoil , footprint on existing topography

    2) materials used , stone cement brick all need removal of natural materials elsewhere and need to be fabricated using heat

    3) machinery used needs natural maerials to fabricate and oil to run -only a percentage for your site is calculated

    4) pressure on existing infra structure needs roads , sewers lighting which is fabricated from natural materialss - copper cable , more quarrying for roadstone etc.

    5) balance to existing NATURAL drainage , run off is considered now to assist flooding , the run off from property roads is high and fast collecting surface water direct to drains and limiting natural drainage pattern

i dont think you need a price , just recognition of quantities to be used

and i don't think you need to give exact quantities , it is more an awareness and recognition of effects . good luck . EDIT - an offset to carbon footprint is found in recycled materials used .

  2. Carbon footprint? Have you been completely brain-washed? Get a clue, do not blindly follow the "religion" of the silly enviro-wackos...
