How can I call from my cell phone to a cell phone in Mexico City?

I need to make a phone call to Mexico City. The cell phone numbers in Mexico City start with 04455-number. I´ve been trying to call but nothing seems to work. Help!!!

The answers above are WRONG.  They changed the method to call a year ago.

You must dial 011-52-1-55-XXXXXXXX to call cell phones.

To call land lines dial 011-52-55-XXXXXXXX.

Calls to cell phones cost a lot more than calls to land lines.  The person that receives the cell phone call in Mexico doesn't have to pay anything.

then you should try to mark the last 8 numbers of the number

for example

the number in mexico city woul be 04455 14079520, when you dial from other place you must eliminate the 04455 and just take the 14079520...
