How can I calm down? ?

I didn't make the team and I have been working extremly hard to get on. I have been crying for 2 and half hours straight and I need to study for a test but I just can't. My mind is in another place. How can I feel better so I can focus. I am absoloutly sobbing. By the way this is my last year to try out.. so there isn't a next year...

  1. You have to let it go.  Nothing I can do on that front.  Or you, for that matter.  

    The key now is focus.  Concentrate on what is going on now.  Not making the team is in the past...a near past, but still the past.  It's over.  Deal with what needs to be dealt with.  Put as much work into is as you did for the team, and you should succeed.  


  2. make yourself some coffee and nap for 10mins.

  3. Make some tea... or hot coco.... and take a bath.... and judt take calming slow deep breaths.... and remember it will be ok....

  4. Just think that god has better plans for you, things happen for a reason, just be patient.
