I'm trying out for my school's field hockey team tomorrow and we have to run 2 miles in under 18 minutes. I'm REALLY nervous that I won't make the team. How can I calm myself down? Please help!

  1. Take deep breaths. Count one to ten slowly. Visualize yourself running the two miles effortlessly. And then show up for the try outs.
