How can I cancel a group I joined on Yahoo?

go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the last column Leave Group, check small box - click save changes

Click on your groups home page then scroll all the way down and you will see a list of owners subscribe and unsubscribe then just click on it and you are done.  Hope this helps.

If you look on the front page of the group you joined, there is a small link labeled, Edit.  Click it, at the bottom there is a small option to leave the group.

click manage

edit email options

select the group you want to leave and click leave
