How can I cancel a magazine I didn't subcribe to?

I just received an issue of Glamour Magazin to which we never subscribed. The label says it goes to 2009! My 2nd-grader take the mail everyday. This unwelcome magazine exposes my child to headings like ".. what turns him on", "blabla in bed" against our will. How can I stop it from coming? It would be even nicer for me to find out how the subscription came to our home in the first place! Does the label tell me where to go?
