How can I cancel my wife's J-2 visa ?

I am in a divorce with her. I no longer wish to support her. I also declare no responsibility of any of her actions. can I get her J2 dependent visa canceled. How?

call the company and see what you have to do......notify them you are no longer responsible for her debt......Get your Attorney to do it.....

it depends though coz we have this so-called conjugal properties right? and when u guys devorced i think it's by the book. as always...

You would need to start by going to the institution who sponsored you in your J program and then having her taken off the forms and the SEVIS program. Then you need to contact the US embassy that issued your visas and tell them. Of course, you'll need to provide proof of identity.  They can revoke the visa, so that it can't be used for re-entry at a later date.  As for the divorce, whether or  not you'll have to continue to support her will depend on the laws of wherever the divorce takes place. If it's here, it may depend on more than your wishes.
