How can I change a members format from HTML to plain text so she can post to our group?

She can read others messages but she can't post to the group, they keep coming back saying "HTML not allowed"

change to text

There is a setting in the email options to default to plain text or html (rich text). Be sure to use plain text.

If the email compose screen has a bar that allows you to choose fonts and size, etc. then you are using HTML.
