How can I change my Groups account to allow invites?

I have tried to look in the Yahoo Help section but the pages for that help, arent loading.

Go to http://groups.yahoo.com/myprefs

Under Options on the right side, click on "Edit" for the email address you want to change to allow invites.

Under Group Invitations, select "Allow group moderators to invite me to their groups".

Click Save Changes.

invites are a feature for owners and a priviledge to moderators. it's located under management settings under web tools
