How can I change my IP to play a game that's only for US and Canadian residents?

I want to play Rumble Fighter but I live in Greece and it's only for US and Canadian residents? What can I do? I have a rooter not a modem. I've checked and tried a lot of tutorials on how to change your IP but everyone of them are just for the internet browser not my actual IP. I would really appreciate any of your help , I really wanna play this game an I can't wait till they release Europe servers.

  1. You can't.  Your IP address is set by your ISP.  

    Here's an idea - Get an AOL dial-up account, and your IP will be from Virginia, USA.  A little slow and expensive, but it's a way around.
