How can I change my aperture and shutter settings on a panasonic?

I seem to have lost the manual. How do I change the shutter and aperture settings?

Set your camera to the aperture or shutter speed priority mode and as you make adjustments on one, the other will change to produce a perfect exposure

Apart from Shutter Priority and Aperture Priority there is also the Manual mode too if you prefer to make your own adjustments rather than rely on the camera's choice of settings.
