It's a triangle bikini top from victorias secret (one of those that come in a set) and it doesnt have any padding! there are no slits to put the padding that I have from other bathing suits. So what can i do so the bikini top has padding?

  1. when i get a bathing suit like that, i usually cut a little slit in the top of the inside of the lining on the inside of the cup. then, take removable padding from another suit and insert it in... you dont want to cut a huge slit b/c then the pad will move around a lot, so i suggest like a 1/2 an inch to an inch wide slit, roll the pad up in a sense, insert it, and then striaghten it out from the outside...

    hope this helps!

  2. Pad it yourself. I'm assuming it's double-layered, so cut a slit in the back (like there would be in a padded top) and add your own padding.

If that isn't possible, sew another layer of fabric to the back and leave a slot to stick in some padding, or just sew in the padding.

  3. umm if it didnt have any padding then why did u buy it? just get a different swimsuit and take that one back.

  4. you can cut a little slit through enough to fit a pad then stuff they other one into the other. and if you want it to be permanent then you just sew it shut, or your sister or mom can do it for you!

  5. I would go out and buy material the same texture and color as your bikini. Then I would take the fabric home cut pieces the size of the triangles of you bikini. Next I would buy padding somewhere, or take some out of an old bathing suit that doesn't fit. Then, sew on your new fabric on the back side of the bikini, the part that touches your skin, 2 out of the three sides. Put in the pad. Then finish sewing, leaving a small slit so you can remove and put back your padding. Do the same to other side. I hope this helps. Good luck, and if all else fails, I would buy a new top. Cheers :)
