How can I change my personality

Question

some girl I work with. She said that I show in my personality that I don't like my job.

Which is not true. I love working at my job, I went to school to pay a lot of money for it. Just because I don't like my life and after I get off from work, I take care of my uncle whose handicap and lazy, he still can do stuff for himself because he's hands are fine, it's just he's legs.

I just don't like everything from my childhood, I was upset about that and I keep thinking about my past. That doesn't mean I don't like my current job. It's actually my dream job but I don't have the dream look to work there which makes me sad most of the times.

But I thought in my personality I showed that I was interested in my job but a lot of people keep saying that I act like I hate my job, some people describe me as careless and lazy. They don't know that it's me having low self-confident and regretting my past which messes up my personality

If your home life sucks so much and yet your job is exactly what you want to be doing, then while at work start thinking about how happy you are to be there rather than at home. Try that for awhile and hopefully it will put a smile back on your face. ;)

I think you are carried away by what other people think and say about you. Kindly do not entertain and accept the remarks made by other people about you. Unless they are your well wishers, don't accept anybody's word. If you want to take care of yourself and your future, be steady and try to improve yourself day by day. Develop your personality in multi-dimensional way. Be a dynamic character and make the experience of your life unique. Have distinctive traits of mind and behaviour.Your behavioural, temperamental, emotional and mental traits collectively put together makes your personality. Make yourself socially appealing. Be courageous and bold. Try to achieve to be a person of pre-eminence.

why do you care what this girl at work thinks, if she doesn't like your personality then it's her problem not yours.

Personality comes from how other people view us.  So, get out and make friends with people you like.
