How can I change my picture on here?

Question

I changed my Avtar picture to a real picture of me i.e. my 360 picture and now I want to update it. It doesn't seem to want to let me do this. I have clicked into my 360 page and made another picture my 'main picture' but the old picture is still on my profile settings when I go into it in Yahoo answers. There isn't anywhere on here to allow me to delete this picture or change it to another - how do I do this? Thanks.
