How can I change my profession on my visa in Saudi Arabia in order to apply for a family visa?

I am in Saudi Arabia and my visa is labor category, i have my MBA degree. I tried to change my profession on visa to get a family visa and submitted my MBA degree duly attested. The labor office says this MBA is not acceptable for a foreigner. How can i change my profession? OR how can I get a visa for my family? Please guide me if anyone knows.
