You cannot. Medicaid is state specific so if you move to a different state you will have to re-apply in your new state. The qualifications with each state are different so you'll want to do your research to make sure you will qualify in the new state before you move.

You can't.  Medicaid is run by each state.  If you move, you need to reapply to your new state of residence.  It doesn't transfer.
