How can I change my user name?

If you're referring to Windows, you can do as the last person said.  If you're talking about Yahoo Answers, click Home, click your highlighted name, click "Edit My Info".   You should rephrase your question so we know which name you're trying to change.

Windows refers to what I think you're talking about as a "login name" :P

Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > click on your name > Change My Name > type the new name > ok.
