How can I change my yahoo profile into an adult profile?

I've been trying to do this all day long. I'm running out of patience. Whenever I click on view my profiles or edit my profiles I get a blank page but it says done on the bottom.

I'm 20 so does that affect my ability to create an adult profile. Should I create another account that says i'm older. I read somewhere that in some states your not allowed to go on adult profiles if your under 21 and thats why i'm asking if I should create another account.

I just want to put in my age and maybe a picture
