How can I change the battery on my Palm Tungsten E?

I would like to change my battery myself on my Palm Tungsten E. The company wants to charge $150 to do it. Does anyone know how to do it? And what kind of battery it takes?

Go here and watch the take apart videos which can be found in the "Repair Instructions".  This site also sells replacement batteries:

Try reviving the battery first by performing an "Incradle Reset", instructions can be found here:

This may sync the charging circuit with the condition of your existing battery and allow a full charge.  Try this before replacing as this has helped many Palm users with rechargeables here in the Answers section.

This has worked on my Handspring Visor Prism.
