How can I change the menu from Japanese to English?I got a Japanese computer WinXP with j*p. operating system?

I have tried changing the j*p language in the control panel>global>etc.into English yet the menu in the Internet Explorer is still displayed in Japanese. Help!

  1. You have to re-install windows again and select the language


  2. unfortunately you'll have to install and english version of Windows XP to get IE to display in English.
