Question:

How can I change the "Hi, Randy" on my son's account to read "Hi, Ryan". EDIT on User/Account does not workt

I've hit support with this about 10 times, including screen shots. They insist that EDIT works. I insist it does NOT.

  1. Click on the name in "My Yahoo" or just click on "My Account" above. Edit the name in member information and be sure to save the page. Now sign out and then sign in and the name will change. I just tried it and it works.
