How can I change the time zone on my Site Tracker statistics?

My site tracker is telling me I had a bunch of pageviews at 8am, but I didn't announce the blog until 11am. People couldn't have known about it yet to go visit it. Coule this be a time zone issue, and if so, how do I fix it? I've checked my settings and couldn't find the time zone. Thanks!
