How can I change tile color???

I have a kitchen table that I love and it is made out of wood, right now it is painted green but doesnt go with my dining room so I want to re-paint it, the only problem is the table top is made out of green tile. How can I change the color of tile without removing it??? Please help!!!

Yeah I have the same problem. I read you have to scratch / sand it. Then epoxy it ith a process paint that requires spraying. To complicated. Any other ideas??
