  1. Buy a international plug conversion kit

  2. Use your USB cable that comes with your RIZR, and plug it into a computer's USB 2.0 port.

Use the USB cable that came with your iPod and plug it into a computer's USB 2.0 port, as well.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A COMPUTER WITH YOU:

Then you might want to use the other cable that comes with the Rizr Z3, which can connect to a wall's electrical outlet.

For the iPod, look on Apple's website and on the Griffin website for wall-charge iPod cables.

I have a cable that I purchased for wall-charging, myself.

You will need a power converter, though, since you will be using a wall outlet.

Here is an example of a wall outlet power converter: http://www.amazon.co.uk/45W-USA-UK-Volta...

  3. You get a converter, and an adaptor for whichever plugs you need.  The adaptor can be bought in a hardware store for around 3€, and a converter costs around $30, and can be bought anyplace you find luggage, really.

Your RIZR- a phone?  Check to make sure it's worth bringing.  It may cost too much to use, and it also may not work at all, you should check to make sure.

also, I found that my carges didn't last very long while in Europe.  Don't really know why, but I could charge my phone all night long (it takes about an hour or two, here) and it only lasted a day.  Of course, I wasn't actually USING it, only to capture the odd photo, to have them on that file.   My camera held a charge pretty well.

My friend brought a solar battery charger for her electronics, but she was only there for a week.  You really should try to keep your electronics to a minimum...use what you buy there.  I get the ipod thing, though.  you want your selection of music and all.

  4. I would charge it  via USB, on ANY computer.
