How can I check everything loaded on my computer?

Please answer if you can help me. I want a free program that will show me information about all my files. I want to know when it was installed, where it is, what it does, what programs is it part of. when it was used last , and who accesses it. System info, computer management, windows explorer are not detailed enough. I have hundreds of files etc. that I don't know anything about or what they do.

  1. open control panel -> then add or remove programs. There you will see all the applications installed in your computer.


  2. Windows defender has a pretty in depth description of running processes in it's tool section, plus it scans for malware.  It is free for download at:
