Well you can either buy a countersurveillance monitor at great expense or you can make one. Here's a circuit diagram:

Alternatively if you suspect you are being bugged, feed some false information and look for signs of action it.

O wow, I hope you dont have that thing where you see tiny little bugs that no one else see's - I saw a moive called "bug" that happened in there, but its a real thing -

I have that feeling all the time but what I have to do is check all the corners because if cameras are in your room someone would have placed them in the corners so they are less visible, also check all your clothes people can easily place them on your back, as for microphones I'm not too sure I'm just worried about the camera thing x x

Well go to the store and buy terro or bug poision then put it on the wall and the bugs are attracted to the stuff and they take it back to there nest and give it to the queen and it is poision and they all die.
