How can I check my emails remotely

I am on holiday and want to read my office emails

Is there anyway you can ask someone at work or your company's computer guy if they utilize what's called "exchange" to send n recieve emails? If so.. then ask them if they have "Outlook Web Access" configured or "OWA" for short.  Sometimes OWA is referred to as 'webmail'

If they reply YES, then simply ask for the web site address.  Go to that address and then log in using your normal username and password you use at work.

You could also just try a few addresses since many companies name their webmail the same.

Open up your internet browser and type in http://owa.yourcompany.com

where you replace "yourcompany" with the actual website name of your company's website.

example: http://owa.hp.com or http://owa.tigerdirect.com etc.

If that doesn't work, try the same address but with an "s" at the end of the http -- https://owa.yourcompany.com

Lastly, if this doesn't work, try the same 2 addresses but substitute "owa" with "webmail"  like so... https://webmail.hp.com

Otherwise, its hard to say if this is possible since there are multiple ways email can be configured.

ask your administrator, that you have webmail option..

or your IT administrator can redirect yoyr email to your personal webemail (eg: to yahoo or gmail)

if you have a laptop to use when you are on holidays, your IT guy can configure your office email address on your laptop

or..if you know your office emails details (user name, server name and password), you may use below link to access your email

If you office has webbased mail you can do that. Other wise you would need to remote desktop into your office computer. I would recommend logmein.com for that in the future.

It all depends on what software your sever is using? But if you just want to see emails since you've went on hols then log onto www.mail2web.com fill in your full email address and password and u can login and see any unopened office emails
