How can I check the internet browsed files without go to internet options?

I want to check what are the files browsed from IE without going to internet options. This will enable me to find who's playing with the computer. Please give me true answer.

If you have IE 7 click on the star below the back button. If you have IE 6 click on History.

open your Internet Explorer...

"look" at the left(back) and right(forward) arrow heads near the address taskbar (longest bar above the screen).

there is an arrow down, now click on it, a drop-down box will appear, below you will see history... click on it... thats it
