How can I check to see If plane tickets have been purchased for me?

How can I check to see If plane tickets have been purchased for me if someone else purchased them and I can't seem to get in touch with them by phone? I only know the day that I fly out and the day I come back.

I also know the airport I'm flying out from.

Do you know the airline?  You will need that.  Or call all airlines that fly from where you are to where you are flying.  They can find you.  

You might have to get a list of flights first and tell the agent stuff like 'I can't recall if itis flight # this or that', so you don't sound like you're totally fishing.
