  1. As a teacher, I would suggest that you don't chew gum.  My students try to hide it from me, and I always catch them.  I teach 7th grade.  Teachers are a lot smarter than kids think they are.  We see and hear a lot. I really would not mind if my students chewed gum, but every year they abuse the privilege by sticking it under the desk or leaving it stuck to a chair or on the floor.

  2. Get a doctor's note stating you suffer from anxiety and need to chew gum.

  3. I am a teacher (preschool) and it is unwise for you to try to chew gum "in secret".  The teacher will likely catch you in the act, and it's not worth it.

What kind of class is it, and why do you think you find yourself so bored in it?

What grade level are you in?

  4. A rule is a rule. You can't break a rule or else you will get in big trouble. Get used to it because there are some things about school that you dont like and pay attention in class and you will be less bored and might actually get something out of school.

  5. Well, blowing bubbles would probably give it away.  So would snapping the gum.
