How can I choose a Best Answer if I have only one or two answers?

There's no place for me to click on "Best Answer". HELP!!!

wait a couple more hours then it should have the best answer button available

Make sure it's been atleast 4 hours. Because I've had a couple of questions on here with only 1 or 2 answers and it let me choose a best answer. It even let me pick a best answer when there was only 1 answer.... The only thing I can think of is it's been too soon...

Basically if there is one or two, it is up to the voters. Frankly, if there is one...then it shouldn't even have to go to a vote, besides the fact of "No Best answer" (like if I was the only one answering this question, and all I posted was "HI I'M SMART"...then it wouldn't be the good answer.)
