How can I clean a certain part of my shotgun?

Question

When I take off the barrel of my Al391 barreta, there is this part that sticks out and is impossible to get inside cause of how small it is. How can I get it clean?

(the only thing I can fit in it right now is a q-tip. but it doesn't realy work

i don't own a beretta shot gun. on my browing i use a pipe cleaner bent in half. then bent to an angel to reach the spot.

I've learn how to dis-assemble and assemble every rifle and shotgun I've ever owned, disassembling your firearm is the best way to get all parts clean

I second pipe brush/cleaner, or also find any really small brush.  In my gun cleaning kit there came a brush about the size of a q-tip so I know that they are out there.
