  1. i use a suction gun to remove the fluid from the res. refill with new fluid, open front bleeders on calipers and let drip until clean fluid appears. go to rear and put a hand vacuum brake bleeder and suck the new fluid through the lines.

  2. If you are on a budget and can't bleed brakes for mega bucks;  remove the fluid with a bulb (rubber thing with tube) and discard it per your community's regulations.  Do not let it touch your vehicle, it acts a paintstripper.

Now you can add some new brake fluid, same precautions, to clean or dilute some of the existing dirty fluid.

  3. either one of the ways they have said.... ive alway just added more when low.. .been driving over 35 yrs and working on cars about as long

  4. REPLACE IT,THATS WHY IT IS SOLD EVEYWHERE

  5. Bleeding it to clean out old fluid and putting in the new is your best bet.

Here is a kit similar to one I used. Very simple to work with and doesn't make a mess.

  6. bleed the brakes until you cycle all the old fluid out.

  7. You don't clean it, you replace it. A quality shop will have a machine that will flush the entire system while changing the fluid.
