Its totally up to the person whether or not she wants to watch your child. You could provide benefits for her, I guess, but, by the time you pay her to watch your child and pay for her benefits, it is gonna cost you a small fortune.

You could tell her you want to know If she likes children, then begin to talk about the subject then ask her if she would like to baby sit your child and tell her how well behaved you child is.

It would be quite expensive for you to provide benefits, if at all possible.  I am not sure what is entailed in this, whether you have to get a Tax ID number and call yourself an employer, or what.  Also, before you offer her a job with benefits and have her quit, you should probably try her out on a few Saturday nights, don't you think?  Because if she ends up not working out or seems different than what you originally thought she would be like, it is unfair that you have left her without a job and benefits if you had to fire her.
