How can I collect the phone #'s of people and businesses on the internet without going site by site manually?

I am looking to gather the phone numbers of those small businesses and individuals who want to be called. Since there are 1000's of sites like this is there a way to do it without going site by site. Also these are sites that aren't listed in your traditional white pages.
