I need a quick way to help me wake up early and fix my sleeping pattern. Currently I'm waking up at around 1pm every day and falling asleep whenever I feel tired (between midnight and 6am).

I really need to be waking up at around 7am everyday and getting plenty of sleep (at least 8 hours). The problem is I need to fix it quickly.

  1. set your alarm.

at first set it for 9 am- and DONT hit snooze or turn it off- go into the bathroom and splash your face with cold water.

at night, i spray my pillow with lavender body splash (i use the kind from healing garden) if im having trouble sleeping. it helps me relax and go into a deeper sleep. i also play yiruma (hes a pianist) really reeaaallyy soft on repeat.

make sure there's absolutely no light- it'll keep you up, trust me.

dont eat or drink caffine up to four hours before you want to go to sleep- even chocolate!

umm thats all i can think of right now, but if i come up with anything else ill let you know =]
