Question:

How can I comfort and support my friend?

She has a heart condition which she's pretty heavily medicated for but lately they haven't really been working. This means that she can black out for hours on end and hyperventilate all night so she gets little sleep and therefor feels exhausted most of the time. She won't be able to see her specialist for a few weeks so these symptoms won't be elevated until then.

As if this wasn't enough she's behind on school work from having missed so many days and is really stressing out about it.

How can I comfort her and help her get through the next few weeks in the most painless way possible?

  1. go to the hospital and ask a Doctor if there's anything as a friend that you can do

    also

get her to see some teachers at school...I'm sure they would understand if shes a bit behind

and help her out as much as you can with her school work but make sure you don't get behind

  2. Go to her house and say that your having a study day together (Presuming she's well enough for that) and then you can help her out.

And to comfort her, just ask if there's anything you can do to help her, and just reassure her you're there for her.

    Good Luck xx

  3. Help her with her work. Don't go over with it so like take her out, make jokes and OF COURSE let her rest so she can catch up on her sleep!
