How can I compare 2 cross-sectional graphs which show the distribution of bird species?

If its a topographical graph, the y-axis stands for the elevation above the ground but in this case of bird species, what does it stand for?

I'm assuming that your x-axis is numbers of individuals of the particular species of bird. Just make line graphs with each line representing a particular kind of bird.

hey,

since you are drawing graphs to compare the bird species, then the y-axis will be the different bird species found in the area. and since u already have the scale (for ex. 1:500,000) below the x- axis, that can be the distance between the points of the areas you are measuring.

While comparing, write about the concentration and the distribution of the different bird species across the specific points on the graph.
